Mentoring is an advisory process in which a client gets support and guidance from an expert, an experienced senior person who has been in the mentee’s seat before. As a Resilience Mentor, I support each mentee with a tailor-made business advisory service as I instill the skills for success through resilience-building in the leadership and the team.

A coach may/may not have had any business experience. Coaching is a development method by which a client is guided by the coach to improve his competencies and capabilities.

We want to make an impact! I share my clients’ goals and struggles. In order to embrace my passion for business building, I bring my own entrepreneurial DNA to each project and work with my clients as co-entrepreneurs. I place the results and success of my clients at the core of my bespoke services.

After the 30-minute discovery call in which we shall clarify your goals and specific challenges, we shall proceed with a 6 sessions plan for either
(1) Growth Driver Pathway (for revenue generation)
OR
(2) Business Turnaround Service (for stagnant companies)

We often have a different discussion and a plan for strategic projects. 

My “Expert on Demand” service, which is a subscription service (package of 3 sessions), allows a returning client the priority lane to access the advisory service within 6 months.

The Resilience Mentor is a high-impact advisory service which is tailor-made to each specific clients’ business goals and challenges.

I bring to the table over 20 years of experience, my expertise and hands-on (not theoretical methodology) experiences to the scene, all for the benefit to expediate the process of growth. The alternative to my services is a trial-and-error, which is obviously more costly.
